Sealed quotations are hereby invited for the following as per specifications mentioned against each item on 9.2.2011, 10.2.2011 & 11.2.2011 for 500 to 550 persons in this Institute campus:-

Note: Material, Crockery, Servicing, Cooking, Taxes, will be included.
Conditions:
1. Food should be of good quality. Hygiene should be maintained.
2. The last date of receiving quotation will be 2.2.2011 at 5.00 pm and date of opening of quotation will be 3.2.2011 at 10.00 am.
3. You or your representative should be present at the time of opening of quotations.
4. The undersigned reserves the right to verify the particulars furnished by the applicant. If any information is found incorrect the quotations are liable to be cancelled.
5. All disputes shall be settled within jurisdiction of Chandigarh.
6. Department reserves the right to reject any quotation without assigning any reason.
7. Quantity of item can be increased or decreased.
8. Incase of date of opening of quotation has declares/happens to be public holiday the quotation shall be opened on next working day.
9. For further detail please contact office of undersigned during the working hours 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
10. Conditional quotation shall not be entertained. It may be delivered either by post or by hand.
11. Last date of quotation and the word “quotation” should be written on the envelope otherwise it will be rejected.
